quicker and easier than ever!
Campbell?s Asian Chicken Stir Fry

Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bag (16 oz.) any frozen vegetable combination, thawed
Hot cooked rice
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
ADD soup, soy and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add vegetables and cook until
tender-crisp. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 bag (16 oz.) any frozen vegetable combination
Rice
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Garlic powder

To quickly thaw frozen vegetables, remove from the packaging and place
in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with
waxed paper and microwave on HIGH 2 or 3 minutes, breaking apart with a
fork every 30 seconds until easily
separated but not cooked. Or follow microwave thawing directions on
packaging.
